We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover/Novus and JCB through our online shopping cart. Or if you prefer, we also accept purchase orders.
Of course - if you have a document showing your tax-exemption status, just let us know when ordering and we'll do the rest.

We understand the restraints of budgets which is why, depending on the size and nature of your order, we may be able to apply a discount to large orders. Please contact us for a quote.


We offer freight shipping on many of our products. Products shipped by freight are delivered on a pallet. If you cannot accept your delivery on a pallet, please contact us. For more details please check out our Freight Shipping Policy.

We also provide expedited Dispatch via our Express service on a selection of our products. With Express service we aim to dispatch all express products within 2 business days. Please refer to our Express Products page for full terms and conditions.
We ship our products to anywhere in the contiguous United States, however, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, as well as those to Residential addresses and New York City require a quote for delivery, please contact us.

We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 10 working days of receipt, subject to inventory availability at our warehouse facility in Sandston, VA.

Alternatively, we offer an Express Dispatch option, which includes fast processing and shipment of your order from our Virginia Warehouse. We will ship your order within 48 business hours of receipt. Read all you need to know about our Express Products range and what this means for you.

Orders received for non-standard or personalized items, or where inventory is not available, will be dispatched as quickly as possible. In those situations, our friendly customer service team will be on-hand to provide you with an estimated dispatch date.

Absolutely! We've been personalizing our containers for nearly as long as we've been making them. You can change colors, apertures and signage and even add your organization's branding on most of our trash cans and recycling containers. The fixing option you will need is completely dependent on the container in question, the planned location of your bin and whether it’s a permanent or temporary siting. The good news is, we offer fixings to suit every location and setting, so we’re sure we will have the right option for you. We utilise recycled and recyclable materials in our product range wherever possible. The recycled content varies from product-to-product dependant on material type and colour choice. Please contact us to find out more about the recycled content in your chosen item.
Yes! All Glasdon products can be fully recycled once they reach the end of their long life. Just remember to remove any decals or stickers first!
