Shipping Information

We currently ship Glasdon products to anywhere of your choice within the contiguous United States. However, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, as well as those to Residential addresses and New York City require a quote for delivery

Many of our products are currently shipped via freight, however, for products that ship via ground, we are also able to offer additional delivery options, including expedited dispatch via Express. If we are delivering your order via Freight Shipping, your order will be delivered on a pallet. If you cannot accept your delivery on a pallet, please contact us

Prices and Payments

We determine the price of the Goods and/or Services based on the order on our website and the zone location of the customer. Prices exclude applicable taxes and tariffs, which the customer is responsible for.

When shopping online with Glasdon, we offer payment options including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover/Novus, and JCB through our online shopping cart. However, If preferred, we also accept purchase orders which are subject to approval and may provide you with 30 day credit terms.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 10 working days of receipt, subject to inventory availability at our warehouse facility in Sandston, VA.

For a quicker option, we provide an Express Dispatch alternative, ensuring swift processing and dispatch directly from our Virginia Warehouse. Your order will be dispatched within 48 business hours of receipt.

Orders placed for non-standard or personalized items, or in cases where inventory is unavailable, our customer service team is readily available to offer an estimated dispatch date. Goods will be delivered to the specified location in the Order. Delivery is considered completed upon arrival at the location or storage in accordance with the agreement. We are not liable for delays or issues arising from the customer's failure to provide adequate instructions.

Warranty

Glasdon guarantees that products, for 12 months from delivery, will conform to their description and be free from material defects. The customer must notify us in writing of any noncompliance during the warranty period. We are not liable if defects result from improper use, alterations without our consent, or external factors like fair wear and tear or third-party actions.

Privacy Policy

At Glasdon, we prioritise the privacy of our customers. We do not hold or store any payment card details which you provide to us when you order our Products. Any payment details you provide will be held by the relevant third party payment provider (eg Worldpay or PayPal). Links to the third party payment providers' privacy policies will be available prior to the consummation of your purchase transaction.
