Customer led Projects

A collaboration with Food Lion involved personalizing our Nexus® City Recycling Bins with non-standard features such as no lock, specially-colored lids and tailor-made magnetic graphic boards. The bins also featured custom made recycling streams to help deliver a healthy and sustainable community.

Together with LOCOG, the Coca-Cola Company and Recycle Now, Glasdon, Inc's sister company adapted our C-Thru Bin to meet all of their requirements. The concept of the 48 Gallon C-Thru Recycling Bin and 24 Gallon General Waste Bin for use as Front of House Recycling Bins became realised, and over 6000 bins were supplied. Glasdon are proud to be a "Supplier of waste and recycling bins (Olympic venues) to the London 2012 Games".

Combo Delta was designed as a solution to the problem of unwanted trash around quick service restaurant car parks. In conjunction with a national restaurant chain, our product design team worked to arrive at a solution. An adaptation on the already successful Combo Trash Can, the Combo Delta has the added benefit of a large funnel aperture and target graphic making the bin easy to 'shoot' trash into from a car window.

Designed specifically for Boots Pharmacy to hold neatly stacked baskets and bags around their stores for customer use. Basket Buddy was first designed with the input of The Boots Company Plc to encourage customers to use baskets, as research found that the number of items purchased increases when a basket is used.
